Joey Bought His First House

Well we finally closed on the house just before Christmas. It's total fixer upper (which of course I love 😉)

It was built in 1940 and has stayed in the same family since it was built. It has pretty much remained untouched aside from some very feminine paint colors and floor coverings. 😂

So here are the before photos. Check back often to see the progress

The plan:

On Wednesday we will begin upgrading the electric to 200amp service. We'll need to paint the entire house and rip out the carpet and linoleum. The kitchen and bathroom will require a complete overhaul. 

The exterior will have to wait until spring/summer
