Progress is being made...

Progress is being made even if the changes aren't all that noticeable.  

New windows were recently installed. I picked the same style as the originals. I think they turned out really nice. 

The heat and AC units were replaced this weekend. Add that to the wiring & plumbing that we replaced early on, and Joey's house will be practically brand new. 

We bought his refrigerator yesterday, and placed an order for the stove and dishwasher. Now that Randy is off for the summer, we can get started on tbe kitchen. I can't wait! I think it's going to look amazing!

We're hoping to paint the outside this summer too! I'd love to hear your vote for color!
